Good morning Terran. What a cute photo of your beautiful gift. My grandson Ethan is doing OK right now. He hasn't had any real difficult times in the past year. My son Jimmy and his wife Becky (same name as me) moved to San Antonio Texas when Ethan was about 1-1/2. The doctors there treat Jarcho Levin and are very knowledgable. In fact this was the only hospital in the country where doctors specialize in this condition and are more knowledgable in helping the parents as well. It is a good feeling to speak to someone who knows what you are talking about and you feel good about them treating your child. Ethan was born at a hospital for special needs babies and preemies. The doctors there did the best they could but they did not know anything at all about Ethan's condition.
If I were you I would contact this hospital Christus San Rosa Childrens Hospital in San Antonio. See about getting a visit with a doctor about your special baby. Don't give up on getting him the best. You will find these people to be very caring. There is a Ronald McDonald House on the hospital grounds.
